At one customer fab YieldWatchDog detected an otherwise undetected trend in the test data. The customer estimated the potential yield loss that would have been caused by this parameter to be 225,000 USD per week.

In another case study, we made an analysis of the data that preceded a catastrophic yield loss, where a large number of wafers had to be scrapped in a 200 mm fab. YieldWatchDog issued a warning 5 weeks ahead of the incident!
