DR YIELD is an innovative provider of next-generation software for yield control
in the semiconductor industry. DR YIELD was founded in March 2005.

Our software "YieldWatchDog" enables monitoring of IC functional yield and
early detection of potential yield degradation at a level of unprecedented
thoroughness and therefore significantly improves productivity of semiconductor
manufacturing organizations.

Management

Dieter Rathei, Managing Director, has held managerial and engineering
positions in the manufacturing semiconductor industry before he founded DR
YIELD software & solutions. He has worked in semiconductor fabs in the US,
Germany, France and Austria, including state-of-the-art DRAM, advanced logic
and analog/mixed-signal fabrication lines and has contributed to several fab
ramp ups.

Bernd Gruhn, Business Development Director, has worked as R&D director for
a speciality semiconductor manufacturer before founding his own business
consulting group in the year 2000. He provides DR YIELD with his expertise in
business development.

Axel Wawrina, Head of Software Development. Before joining us, Axel was
managing software development for a large automotive engineering company.
Started his career as a test and IT engineer in the semiconductor industry.
